President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has criticized the European Union, which, according to her, is not making its position clear about the fact that the agreements that Kosovo and Serbia have signed in Brussels have not been implemented.

According to her, the Serbian state is doing the opposite of what’s been agreed and that this country is exploiting its involvement in the dialogue with Kosovo  to act as an obstacle.

Osmani has also mentioned the constant criticism of the EU towards Kosovo adding that the only agreement Kosovo has failed to implement is the one on the Association of Municipalities.

Meanwhile, Osmani says the role of the US should play a key role in reaching a final deal between Kosovo and Serbia. According to her, the entire process must be focused on mutual recognition.
